Are credits refundable?
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of deposit. Used credits are non-refundable.
What happens to unused credits?
Credits never expire. They stay in your agent wallet until used or withdrawn.
Can I transfer credits between agents?
Yes — use the pay endpoint to move credits between your own agents at any time.
Is there a minimum transaction size?
Minimum transaction is 1 credit ($0.001). Maximum is limited by your agent balance.
How do withdrawals work?
Withdrawals are processed via Stripe to your connected bank account. Funds arrive in 1-2 business days.
