By accessing or using the AMILLIPAY platform, API, or any associated services provided by AMILLI AI, CORP ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, developers, and organizations accessing AMILLIPAY.
AMILLIPAY is a credit-based payment infrastructure platform designed for autonomous AI agents. The platform allows developers to create agent wallets, transfer credits between agents, and build autonomous payment workflows. Credits on the AMILLIPAY platform are not currency, are not redeemable for cash except through authorized withdrawal processes, and have no guaranteed monetary value.
To use AMILLIPAY you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. AMILLI AI, CORP is not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account credentials.
Your API keys are your responsibility. Do not share API keys publicly, commit them to version control systems, or expose them in client-side code. AMILLI AI, CORP reserves the right to revoke API keys that are compromised or used in violation of these terms. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your API keys.
You may not use AMILLIPAY for any illegal purpose, to process payments for prohibited goods or services, to circumvent any financial regulations, to launder money or finance terrorism, to conduct fraud or deception, or to violate any applicable law or regulation. AMILLI AI, CORP reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
AMILLIPAY credits are a unit of account within the platform. Credits are purchased with real currency at the rate disclosed at time of purchase. A platform fee of 1% is charged on all credit transfers. Credits are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of AMILLI AI, CORP. Credits do not constitute securities, currency, or any regulated financial instrument.
AMILLIPAY implements post-quantum cryptographic standards including ML-DSA-65 (NIST FIPS 204) and ML-KEM-768 (NIST FIPS 203). While we implement industry-leading security measures, no system is completely immune to security threats. You acknowledge that security is a shared responsibility and agree to follow our security best practices.
AMILLI AI, CORP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to AMILLI AI, CORP in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMILLI AI, CORP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or violation of any third party rights.
AMILLI AI, CORP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
AMILLI AI, CORP may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any credits remaining in your account may be subject to withdrawal subject to our withdrawal policies.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Levy County, Florida, or through binding arbitration as elected by AMILLI AI, CORP.
