We collect information you provide directly including your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account. We collect technical information automatically including IP addresses, API usage logs, transaction records, and device information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use your information to provide and improve the AMILLIPAY platform, process transactions, send service communications, detect and prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
AMILLIPAY implements industry-leading security measures including post-quantum cryptographic standards (ML-DSA-65, ML-KEM-768), AES-256-GCM encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 with hybrid quantum-safe key exchange for data in transit, and HSTS enforcement. All transaction data is encrypted before storage. API keys are stored as hashed values and cannot be recovered.
We retain transaction records for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial recordkeeping requirements. Account information is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years following closure. Audit logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of personal information subject to our legal retention obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating the platform including Supabase for database services, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and Resend for email services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
API keys are generated cryptographically and stored as hashed values. We log API usage for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection purposes. Audit logs include IP addresses, endpoints accessed, and timestamps. Developers are responsible for the security of their own API keys and the data of their end users.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We use minimal analytics to understand platform usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings but this may affect platform functionality.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information subject to legal retention requirements, opt out of non-essential communications, and export your transaction data. AMILLIPAY is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us immediately at privacy@amillipay.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
